How do we service customers outside of our hours?
Our team has taken a technology forward approach and allow customers to file a claim directly thought our website 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. This approach has been so successful, we now process over 75% of ALL claims, though web submission.
Does this affect the 72-hour claim submission policy negatively?
When the claim is submitted on our website, our staff process it the next business day but we honor the timestamp of when the form was submitted. For more information view our 72-Claim Submission Policy.
