Over the past 20 years, Crystal Fusion has built an extensive network of certified glass shops to repair or replace policy holders windshields.
Mom and Pop Shops
A large portion of our network is what we consider "mom and pop shops". These are often small businesses who are engrained in their local communities, and provide fantastic service. We also seek that they are AGRSS Standard Certified technicians who are committed to meet a high standard of workmanship.
National Chains
Crystal Fusion has also built deep relationships with several large regional and national chains of Glass Repair and Replacement facilities. These partners are selected based on their commitment to quality work and excellent customer satisfaction.
Crystal Fusion does not work with all national chains. If we feel they are not providing customers with the level of service, we do not use them as a network facility/company.
Dealerships
When we begin a relationship with a dealership, Crystal Fusion will confirm if the dealership provides windshield repair or replacement at the facility. If they do, we will use them as the repair location.
